Summary: We live locally in the Bonham area and we were looking for a stay-cay for my son’s 14th birthday party with his buddies - this location fit the occasion perfectly! Owner hung a “Happy Birthday” decor sign for a personal touch & I really appreciated the sentiment. 10 out of 10 recommend! Crappie fishing at the dock and the sunsets were awesome! The boys had an amazing extended wkend and we can’t wait to come back for a longer stay. Thanks Bill!

Summary: We had the most incredible time at this lake house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting, stunning views, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host was responsive, kind, and clearly takes great pride in this home—it shows in every detail. We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, but this one is truly special. Summary: This location has a beautiful view of the lake from the house and private dock with a great view of the sunsets and the activity on the lake. The dock is covered with plenty of space for everyone in our group to fish at the same time. And we caught some fish from the dock. We plan on returning to this property.

Summary: Our stay was perfect! We swam and floated off the dock during the day, and then fished in the evening. Caught plenty of crappie! The beds were large and comfy. The kitchen was roomy for gathering and cooking meals, which we love to do. Neighborhood was quiet and tucked away. Bill was responsive with communication prior to trip. Our stay was short, but we had a blast. Thank you!
